WHAT IS THE OPTIMAL RECOMMENDED USAGE OF THIS PRODUCT?
Everyone is different, but the manufacturer recommends using the device twice a day on a given treatment area for up to 20 minutes per session for optimal results when starting out.
Once results are achieved, you can typically reduce usage to once a day to maintain results.
